Miguel A. Rivera Jr. is the Puerto Rican ace in the hole whose rap chapters cradle the mind. Rivera was born in GA; raised in Coney Island, and matured his musical career in VA.
Before hip hop, Rivera exhibited a preliminary passion for high school basketball but after being kicked out of school, sports just seemed uninspiring so Rivera fully emersed himself into songwriting, hosting open mic nights and freestyle battle rapping to teeter the scales of success towards his side.
In early 2012, his talent caught the attention of an independent hip hop music label, and he was offered a one-year contract. His solo exhibitions earned him features on influential music sites such as Thisis50 and Shade45.
From 2012 to present Rivera impressive discography’s would be released with features from Dave East, Fat Trel and King Pen Slim. His music videos like “Who Are You,” “Work,” “1st Quarter,” “Yo No Se,” and a few others would appear on BET Jams, Revolt TV , WUSA9 and The Gate TV.
Within that same timeframe Rivera was asked to join a promo tour with Gorilla Zoe and Bone Thugs N ‘Harmony.
Currently, Rivera is working on a teaser to his next music video called “Peace” from his 2023 album Practice. Out now on Youtube is his single “I Need Money” and Rivera is currently prepping for performances at more music festivals, events and showcases.
