Refund Policy

By submitting a payment to us (“TuneBlast”), whether it is through our website or an invoice that has been sent to you, you (the “customer”) agree to this Refund Policy. We (“TuneBlast”) reserve the right to change this policy at any time. It is the customer’s own responsibility to stay up to date with this Refund Policy.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a refund, we require a receipt (order number) or proof of purchase.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Once we have sent out your email blast and started your promotional campaign, we will not be able to issue a refund.
