Adena Ajayi is an independent musical artist specializing in Afrobeats, R&B, and contemporary pop music. Her new single “AURA” is available now on all streaming platforms. Adena aims to spread love and joy, creating music that is decidedly positive in every way.

Growing up in New York, Adena’s singing style was influenced by Whitney Houston, Barry Manilow, Denise Williams, Diana Ross, Barbara Streisand, and more recently Rihanna. After college, Adena became a successful R&B marketing creative, working at Arista Records. Yet, Adena would ultimately put her dreams of having a singing career on hold to start and run multiple successful businesses and raise a family with her husband in Florida.

Along the way, she continued to infuse those around her with her infectious charm, “big unmistakable laugh” and her boundless energy. She raises the energy and tempo of any room she walks into and has an effusive magnetism that draws everyone towards her. This was noted in how she effortlessly commanded her scenes when she popped into Below Deck.

Adena has since gained national attention after appearing on two seasons of Bravo TV’s Below Deck Mediterranean and becoming a fan favorite. After the show, Adena circled back to her dreams of being a musician and started working with producers and the rest is history.
